A New Voice at the Table Can Shape the Law
Bar and a, i think part of justice bryar's legacy is going to be his discents. Because in all the years he was on the court, for almost three decades, 28 years, he was in the minority. And so many of his most a persuasive opinions are dissents. But discents become the law by being used in other courts,. They are relied upon saying, well, in dissent, this was argued. That moves the law forward.
