I think part of the problem with the way education has come to be understood um is that we we think of it very instrumentally. The Christian Studies Center will place a special premium on the resources of the Christian intellectual tradition which even within the church gets neglected. I would never want anybody to think that you know I can teach in a way that they can't just because I took some methods courses at university, he says.
