Previously, I used to sit with customers. And then create specs, write down the technical specs and that could be how the product is done. Now when I have a responsible for an entire product, I sit with my engineers. It's all about data. If you have more data, you can use deep learning and avoid the entire hand engineering. So these are some new things that need to go in when you start building an AI-driven product.
