A lot of people struggle telling people they love, or telling their story out loud. When those shame attacks happen, there's always what i call like clean pain that is hiding underneath. Lik if we only ever did things that where we knew the outcome was guaranteed, we would never have new experience. Is so, ha. I'm noticing that i am feeling the, the the discomfort of uncertainty. That is something that is natural and normal and am willing to feel it. Or i am feels the pain of rejection, or of potential rejection, that is all so real.
