First thing I do in the first couple hours of my day is write what I'm most proud of. Then I write three things I'm grateful for, but you have to lower the bar in gratefulness. And then, before bed, I write down three fantastic things that happen today. "I think that sets up my subconscious mind to have fantastic things happen," he says.
