Franklin's Three Ring Planner
I have a number of little tools that I use, and one of them is a paper cutter. It's sort of sometimes those older tools work really well. Franklin sells pre-set up hole punches for the various sizes. One of the things I really like about the Franklin system is their planner pages are six ring or seven ring planners. But in the classic and the monarch size, they fit a standard three ring binder. So if you didn't want to spend a lot of money on a fancy binder with six or seven rings in it, you could just use your kids three ring notebook and manage it quite well.
