The Different Types of Lenses and Mirrors
Convex lenses are the opposite they're the lenses that bulge out in the middle. Those type of lenses will diverge light so it's the same thing with mirrors in terms of concave mirrors and lenses converging light whereas convex mirrors and lenses diverge the light. Mirrors also have a focal length which is the distance between the center of the lens and the focal point mirrors also have a curved mirror also have focal lengths. An aberration in optics is any deviation from the ideal or the normal result that we would want or expect in an optical system. Basically this occurs when that nice story I told about light from a single point in the object converging to a single point
