Sales Led Versus Self Serve - Is That a Good Idea?

I'm going to share an opinion and curious to get your thoughts on it as well. I think oftentimes when we hear this idea of, you know, sales led versus self serve, there's this assumption that the reason this transition is happening in a lot of companies is because sales led isn't scalable. But people are incredibly talented and wildly gifted at doing a job when you give them purpose. You're kind of shifting their focus and getting more value for that time and energy spent.
