The book covers a huge amount of ground. I try to avoid jargon and use analogies in some cases. It kind of sim vanus my book on interman fasting, so that i hope most people can at least get the take home messages throughout the book. So te case of glutemate learning and memory, or acitotoxicity or development. And so we call this process of cell death caused by glutemate excito toxicity. In fact, there's toxins in the environment that naturally curring, toxins that cano cause epileptic seizures for example.
