Phoebe, Phylo launches its signups for its website ahead of the September spring, summer, 2024 collection. It's now been six years since she actually designed a collection and the collection will feature 150 different styles across ready to wear leather goods, jewelry, eyewear and footwear. And the brand itself has minority backing from LVMH.
