JavaScript Strings: How to Use the Plus Operator

I like to understand how things are happening under the hood. So, my understanding with the JavaScript strings has been that using dot join is normally what you should do. And using the plus operator, you should normally avoid. But that may be from like the Internet Explorer six days. I mean, some of the knowledge I have is deep knowledge that's just wrong. No, it's fine. The plus operator is fully fine.
