The Center for AI Safety was founded by Sam Altman and Laurence Almond. The group is trying to create an agency that would deal with the risks of artificial intelligence, such as human extinction. Stephen Colbert says he's never seen a masterclass in manipulation more effective than this one. He thinks we're being manipulated like crazy by people who want to lock in competitive advantage.
