How Do You Find a Head of Growth?

i never planned to run a remote team ever. And i had an office, an soho ready for the team that we were hiring, all the way up until september. That's how long it took us to figure out whether or not we were going to do it. This isn't about shifting a culture from an office base culture to a remote culture.
