The sugamedex will surround the rockeronium in the plasma, essentially pulling that out of circulation. And then there's now this gradient whereRockeronium that was at the neuromuscular junction will diffuse out of the neuromoscular junction and into the plasma. So that means less rockeroniam and eventually no rockeronarium at the neurmuscular junction and we get reversal.
