What's the Big Idea in the First Page?
In the first chapter of Harry Potter, a dark wizard tries to kill a child. Why was harry the only person to survive this killinghurst that no one can really explain? You can anticipate that we're going to build towards a climactic moment where there's going to be confrontation between baltimore and harry. And how is he going to live up to his reputation? If he even does? Is he going to accept his place in the world or not? So what do you see? Ya, i think the biggest thing, the the most important thing that happens in first chapter is that we know that this wizard, this dark wizard, tried to killed a child.
