I take a lot of what you're saying to heart for sure I think it's in terms of what we incentivize and then like what we do at the top Alex and myself both have issues in either direction. It's also recognizing that you know it may not be possible to have both those traits and then you got to say no from now on we can only hire people if it's important to keep operating at a high level.
