Is NFT an E Book?

There could be some major battles on the horizon about this. Is is nft an e book, or is aditital product? Where should it sit? What should the splits be? There is just absolutely no precedent here. Yet my guessis that penguin an mouse will eventually have to come out with a policy and then all the other publishers will follow. But it will be a mast fight. I think it's a very different market.
