Sergeant Phillips' Death - A Brief History

Sergeant Phillips' death was announced by the U.S. Army three weeks after he died in Afghanistan. The initial assumption was that there had been some kind of sneak attack undertaken by the enemy, but no Taliban fighters were found. As time went on, the Army made a series of decisions that appeared to shed some light on the circumstances of Sergeant Phillips' death.
