Is Your Protein Intake Right?
If an individual is reducing their caloric intake by 25% because they're focused on fat loss and their goal is, so your floor is 1.6 grams per kg, which ends up being 0.7 grams per pound at your very baseline recommendation. The more ideal number that you're saying is 1 gram per pound, is it ideal body weight or current body weight? And so in my subjects, it's current body weight. My research would suggest it doesn't matter. I would agree with your research. It doesn't matters. It's personal preference. But yeah, that's the beautiful thing here.
