How to Communicate Changes in the Roadmap to Stakeholders
How do you communicate changes in the roadmap to your stakeholders? She will communicate what you're going to do, but then the plans tend to change every now and then. So I think my approach to it is to communicate as much as possible with the stakeholders. Keep a communication line that is open and give frequent updates so that if any changes arise, they are informed soon. And at the end of the day, we are all in the same team. The stakeholders want the success of the product as much as we do.
