Jury Nullification

Jury nullification is a rare occurrence because there's so many things that have to come together and the courts appear to really, really dislike it when this is discussed. I've seen in other places encouraged to not discuss jury nullification around a courthouse. There's actually a couple of interesting cases. If you are called to do your civic duty and you just flat out, do not have time or do not have the inclination or do not want to participate in a trial, which can drag on for a long time, just tell them that you are aware of and a huge proponent of jury nullification.
