Heffle Finger - The Law Doesn't Matter.
The law says that it has to be three points on a side, not including the brow time in a few units and just three or more points anywhere on the antler. The absence of a brow time does not promote the next antler to a brow time. But under the law, it doesn't matter. If it's got three points up, it's a legal buck.
