The Interval Group Worked Out Hard Only Ten Minutes a Week

The researchers were shocked at how the two groups of exercisers compared to each other. The interval group worked out only one third, one third of the time that the conventional endurance cardio group did - and that's counting all the rest time. Now if you only count the time thatthe interval group was actually working hard, doing those sprints, that accounts for just ten minutes of total exercise a week. Compared to the other groups, four and a half hours of moderate intensity exercise each week.
