Is the Civil Service Impartial?

In the U.K., we have this supposedly impartial civil service, which I think some of the stories that we've done at the Telegraph would perhaps challenge this idea. A lot of the same problems occur in terms of the age, the government agencies in the U.S., and they tend to be woke,. So I think it is a similar problem. But there is no question that the older Republican establishment was just about low taxes had to be replaced with candidates that reflect their voting base much more closely.
