How to Answer Questions Effectively
The first step is to recognize the question or acknowledge the question perhaps is a better word there. The next one you need to answer the main chunk of the question depending on what that is opinion, information, recommendation, etc. If you want to back up your point and this is the third step you may want to give an example. Of course the content of your answer is important as well. You need to have the structure and clear content keep it simple as I always say.
