Sally Kohn: I am whatever is the exact opposite of easy breezy. Everything is intense and I'm never settled or calm. You know, every single thing is like, emergency high stress. This is the most important thing that happened. And it feels like yours is related the way that I see it. The way I see your anxiety and for people who are a little bit more neurotypical is that your anxiety seems to be appropriately matched to the life situation you're in. It just feels as if non-anxiety is the suppression or the compartmentalization of the actual human experience to me.
