Is There a Progression of the Apocalyptic?
In the States, we have this very significant Christian nationalist movement. And we also have a number of right-wing conspiratorial theories and groups which are imbued with apocalyptic ideas. How do you see that progression of our understanding of the end? I don't think apocalypticism is ever going to vanish. It's too much embedded in us as a way of thinking about historical change.
