There was a bit of trepidation because, yeah, the borders didn't open up until 31 which is barely two or so months ago. So it's it's still fairly fresh. The world rugby have been looking to put various things in place ahead of this tournament that would remain in place irrespective of COVID. It all forms part of this women in rugby program which are designed to accelerate the game over the next decade.
