This week marked the first Monday in October. So that means the new Supreme Court term and Justice Katanji Brown Jackson took her seat, which led to some reshuffling of the justices sitting in different order. But the first case up was a case called SACIT versus EPA. And it involves a couple in Idaho who bought some land and then when they went to build a home on the land, they were told by the EPA that they had a stop work because they were building on wetlands.
