The Power BI data set scale is turned on and it automatically will take care of the stuff for you on the back end. You're essentially having a read only replica that allows you to, you know, do get the three main things that they point out right one it's cost efficient data sets scalability. The reliability and performance for refresh also seems amazing because what it does is, apparently, refresh in the back end, and then it'll kind of like swap it right so your report doesn't have any downtime. It should be pushing those folks that don't have premium into an arena where this whole thing makes sense.
