"I wanted my sons to be athletes. But it didn't take very long for me to discover that they weren't very gifted athletically," he says. "Even though I said I didn't miss a basketball game, both of them sat to bench." He has one grandson who decided his freshman year in high school, he didn't want to play football anymore.
