Macedonian Army Descends into Chaos

The Macedonian army is split between those supporting King Aridaeus and those supporting Perdicus, causing the army to descend into chaos and factions. Melieger backs Aridaeus and coerces him into arresting Perdicus, but negotiations result in a compromise with Aridaeus confirmed as king and Perdicus as commander. Perdicus plans a bold act to mark his authority.
