The Risk of Aorta Dissection
ACSPE versus acute aortic syndrome, AAS. It's helpful to break down aortic dissection by the underlying appearance of the aorta. The most likely scenario if you don't find anything is that this patient has hypertension and an un-subclinical connective tissue disease. Management right now is immediate blood pressure control with preferably esmalol.
