The Power of Napping

Meeza: I feel so much solidarity with the story of Elijah. This man stood against the prophets of Baal, called down fire from heaven. It was this powerful moment of God showing up. And not a second later he finds himself in a valley scared that there's somebody that wants him dead. So here he is with exhaustion and fear colliding in his soul. Meeza: There's something spiritual about napping and having a good meal. How do we know? Because this is God's world that includes the physical and the spiritual.
