The Five Pillars of Sobriety
Movement is the first pillar of sobriety. It's about elevation in our seratonan, that's very number one reason you utto a right in this section of sober fall. Alcohol after a exercise, after we've had an alcohol problem, actually heals the brain. Soi there's something that's been happening. We need this new correction, ner ological correction that comes from movement. A human connection is essential. We can't live without it. And i'm sure you're familiar with brene brown's work on on a connection and vulnerability. There's something inside us that begins to curl up and die if we don't have those three types of connection.
