I find myself more focused with one monitor. Just that everything's in front of me. Do I have to do some more window chasing and things? Yeah, sure. But I find on a 4K monitor, like having four 1080p sized windows is plenty. Or really what you can do is you can do the three window thing, do 1080p on two stacked windows and then do like a full size, a full vertical stack on the other side. So lots of options there.
