The Stress Response to Performance

"I notice I don't sweat much at all. Even when I'm exercising, I just don't sweat that much," he says. "There's a component attached to the physical response, which is how you think about it and how you feel about it." We can have this stress response showing up, but we actually think really positively about our experience,. So for example, you're doing a talk, you might be having a stress response. Like the body sees this as a need for mobilization in the body. But there may not be the negative affect attached to it.
