Physiologic Age, Not Chronological Age

Most people will use a cutoff of 65 to 75 and I will say that during the height of the pandemic, when resources were tight, you saw the age limit even being pushed lower. The thought is with advanced age, there's often increased comorbidities. There's less physiological reserve and there's definitely a link to decrease survival.
