The Problem With Inequality
Average wages have risen 18% over the past 40 years, while CEO pay has increased 1400%. Productivity increases by 60%. Wages increased by only 18%, not even close to keeping up with productivity. The problem with inequality is that it creates an arms race that no one wins except the person at the very top. That's what we're seeing in action right now.
