We've reached a stage where we think something is good enough, but actually, maybe we need to tweak it slightly. The other thing that can be contributing to this then, is pure distraction. We want to avoid what's going on in the world, we want to avoid feeling our emotions,. So that's another reason that we're keeping ourselves busy. And that can be busy with work, and can be numbing ourselves with food, with alcohol, with shopping, with watching nat flicks, and, well, watching t v in general."
