Raul: The problem that we're trying to really solve is how do you settle the correct Arbucham states to Ethereum? And in optimistic rollout protocols, this process is there's a period of time in which people can come in and challenge claims posted. We want to be able to narrow down, okay, who is right and who's wrong? Raul: It's really difficult to create a protocol that is safe against an important category of attacks called denial of service.
