i'm talking about stereotypes from your background. So i'll tel yo berifi, this a specific story. I was helping somebody prepare who he's, his background was younow. He wanted to do product management and didn't want to do design. But everything about his background screamed design. And that doesn't ean he can't do these other things, but when you have aa background that just screams design, people are gong to make assumptions based on that.
