Is Abortion Really That Different From Other Rights?

Soj alido says row should be overturned because it was wrong when it was decided, or as he puts it, it was egregiously wrong from the start. But is abortion really that different from these other fundamental rights that aren't spelled out in the constitution? And frankly, if this majority is ready to dump row after 50 years, after the court already said before that row is the law of the land, why would justice alido think that any future court would feel that it would be bound by his own limitations in this opinion either?
