Web Three

In the web three environment where block chain is used and platforms are being built around that, the notion is that i can sell something, and i should even encourage the resell this. And all programm a programmably dant througt through block chain. So there's a lot of efficiency through those benefits. But again, to really kind of try to simplify it, you can think of web two as applications first, individual second. In web three, the ideas, what do the individuals need first, and then how do we build the applications in order to accommodate that?
