The Role of Retaliation in the Case of Stan Savaniac
Jones Day terminated Stan Savaniacs employment because it concluded he showed poor judgment, a lack of courtesy, personal immaturity and a disinterest. It's like, okay, he was super rude to complain about discrimination on the basis of sex. That's not a defense. You know, I'm also unaware of the part of Title VII where you're not protected from retaliation.
