What i have found works well is short video clipse 30 seconds to three minutes, even. It really just depends im short, punchy videos that have big sub titles. And thenou also want to make sure that you are summarizing your video in the text itself. So when you say the text, you mean you can write a little text,. like you can with all these other things that could summarize what's in the video or ansentivize em to watch the video. Then it sounds like you should have captions baked into the video. Not necetarily close caption, but actually, like get one of those pieces of sophor that actually puts the words you're saying
