Normal Thermodynamic Regional Perfusion for Organs

The kidneys and livers are the most resilient to these periods of hypotension and hypoxemia. Lungs and heart have been recovered and successfully transplanted in general. Those organs are supported for some period with, through a process called normal thermodynamic regional perfusion that I think Dr. Guile was able to tell us a little bit about. This is a technique that's commonly used in Europe and is slowly gaining some favor in the US because we can see that outcomes are remarkably better with this technique.
