How to Avoid Brokers in a Difficult Market

Brokers have never been in a market like this and they're learning hard lessons. They probably have big overhead too at the household. I think most of their overhead, it sounds weird is assets they've purchased. The vets aren't doing it. Dills just not take the listing. If your clients raising money, put some money in as an LP. It gives you a good shot of winning the business as a product you specialize in. We always recommend you have 24 months of whatever your nut is saved up in cash or cash equivalent. Buy a real estate, fund your 401K, do all those things.
