Delaware's Laissez-Faire Laws Will Accelerate Themselves

The town of seeford in Delaware has amended their charter to allow businesses corporations partnerships llc's the right to vote in local elections. If this passes it is completely plausible for someone to go in and just you know start 300 llc's and take over seeford because they can vote themselves and their goonies into positions of power. The laws of Delaware financially are already very very laissez faire so if this passes it will only accelerate that phenomenon.
