Is There a Transfer Policy?
The Indian administrative service is supposed to be an all indear service inor really the steem frame of india, as it's been called. Do you think that it calls for some approach in training as well as far as the central services are concerned? I think that would be very helpful. Inspector, they should be more transfer not from, not as a punishment, but as as a learning process.
